Set up first electronic medical record (EMR) system for practice; roomed patients, scribed during visit, sent prescriptions, & conducted administrative duties for clinic & patient follow-up care; directly mentored by Dr. Louis Kuchnir; wrote an experiential report with undergraduate colleague; attended Grand Rounds & shadowed Dr. Shen in Dermatology Dept at Boston Medical Center

Analyze and present youth substance abuse data from MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey

Decide which data points are pertinent to convey to the school administration, parents, & students; use data to improve prevention efforts within the community.

First-authored a retrospective study about survival outcomes for angiosarcoma of the head and neck (undergoing modifications before publication); Rotated with Dr. Ravi, Dr. Marina George (Internal Medicine Dept Attending), & Dr. Gottumukkala Raju (Clinical Medical Director of Endoscopy Dept & Founding Co-Editor-in-Chief of Video GIE)

Presented research on Raynaud’s disease; conducted individual organ dissections culminating in a fetal pig dissection; discussed case studies; learned about anatomy, emergency trauma procedure and suturing.
